Schenk in Amsterdam early December to gain insight into the workflow of the production process under superivion of producer Jan Schenk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The students were given the assignment to record the song <em>Cause = Time<\/em> by Broken Social Scene in 1 day, making technical and artistic choices regarding instruments and recording techniques, in order to create their own sound identity during the recording process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pxlmusic.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/thumbnail_IMG_8810.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pxlmusic.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/thumbnail_IMG_8810-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2604\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Later in the academic year, the students will work with the multitrack of the recording to individually create a
